Born in Hong Kong, Mok graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Ballet) and studied Modern Dance at the Academy in 2006
Undertook internship with Expressions Dance Company in Australia for its 2007 US tour before joining City Contemporary Dance Company in the same year. Mok left the company in 2014 and has since been a freelance artist
Recent performances include S.L.O.A.P in Freespace Happening 2015 by West Kowloon Cultural District, Freedom of expression (drama) by Black Bird Theater, New Works Forum: Screendance Workshop and Rite of City Dance Video Project co-presented by City Contemporary Dance Company and the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority
Mok made her choreographic debut, A Major Clown in G Flat, in Femininity presented by E-side Dance Company in 2015, and was shortlisted for Outstanding Choreography in the 2016 Hong Kong Dance Awards
